The house was built in 1915, and it belonged to a wealthy family from Aldearrubia. This family made a living from working the land. These people were nicknamed "Los Moruchos", hence the name of the house. Their successors are the current owners. The inside of the house has been completely renovated, but its structure remains the same, which makes it very cool in summer and warm in winter.
Aldearrubia is only 14 km Salamanca, a World Heritage Site..
